January 2018: Dr Sketchy

As we settled into our new home at Christchurch we were joined by Dr Sketchy’s of Leeds. Billed as an “anti-art” school, we were set a series of fun drawing challenges. Our model, Felicity Felicis, struck a pose and we drew her in a variety of ways: without using our hands, as a fantasy creature and even with our eyes closed. Prizes were given to the best ones. Felicity is a Burlesque performer, so we were treated to a taste of her show before breaking for tea and biscuits. More drawing challenges followed while the committee got to grips with the new kitchen facilities and got excited about the dishwasher. Hostesses: your job just got a lot easier! Thanks to all who helped put away the tables at the end and we look forward to another great year for Spa Sweethearts.
