We will be learning about all the wonderful work Allerton Recovery Park and how Allerton Waste Recovery Park brings together state-of-the-art technologies to make the most of rubbish from homes in York and North Yorkshire. The new facility is reducing the amount of household waste going to landfill in the county by 90%. Together, the technologies are increasing the amount of recyclable materials which are removed from the waste stream.
